FLEET OF
SAMUK LIFT TRUCKS CHOSEN BY WRITING INSTRUMENT MANUFACTURER
Writing instrument specialist Hainenko has recently up-graded
its fleet of warehouse handling equipment with the acquisition
of five new Samuk forklift trucks from local dealer Armill
Lift Trucks.

Hainenko manufactures its wide range of products in Italy
and Bulgaria prior to shipment to a large warehouse facility
in West Thurrock from where they are distributed throughout
the UK, mainland Europe and the Middle East on a daily basis.
The company recently took control of its former warehousing
partner and one of the first tasks to be undertaken was a
complete appraisal of the forklift fleet to ensure it was
able to keep pace with an increasingly hectic level of activity.
Following an intensive programme of machine evaluation, Hainenko's
logistics manager Ian Mears decided to accept the advice of
Armill on the basis of a promised high level of service combined
with very attractive costs.
The fleet recommended by Armill was a pair of 2 tonne capacity
HE20 4-wheel compact electric forklifts plus a pair of SR14
electric reach trucks - all imported by Samuk Lift Trucks
of Toddington in Bedfordshire. These rugged and reliable new
trucks from Samuk are very competitively priced, despite the
use of high quality components such as state-of-the-art ZAPI
high frequency Mosfet programmable controllers coupled to
separately excited motors for ultra-smooth operation.
According to Mr. Mears: “We can't fault the new trucks
and more importantly we can't fault Armill's service.”
In fact, Hainenko have been so impressed with the overall
package they have now requested a fifth machine, this time
a 3-wheel HJ15 model with a 1.5 tonne lift capacity.
